My stay at Negombo Hostel Villa was a mixed bag. While the service was excellent, with a very gentle and helpful staff member who guided me on bus directions, the room left a lot to be desired. It wasn't cleaned very well, and the towels and sheets seemed dirty, which was disappointing for the price I paid.
